Insurance House staff is divided into departments that will work in harmony assuring the best service.


A- The technical Team:
Our technical team will take all necessary measures to ensure we provide you with professional and vastly-covering Policies, which means that:

  1. Your existing Policies will be studied and analyzed by experts in the Insurance field who hold degrees in Insurance Sciences. Any gap in your existing Policies or any offers you receive will be exposed. Any deficiency will be covered. Every little detail will be carefully explored. All will be presented to you in a fully-detailed study report.

  2. We will screen the market and provide you with various offers that meet your demands – not more and not less - and you will be recommended to choose the best offer, which could be your existing Policy cover, based on facts and findings.

  3. We will offer you solutions to reduce your costs such as the profit sharing formula - in case of medical insurance - which would guarantee you the return of a portion of the premium at the end of the year which constitutes 20% to 70% of the profit made by the Insurance Company.

  4. Once you agree on the best offer, we will monitor the issuance of your Policies and make sure the covers and time limits are honored.

  5. Your Policies will be delivered to you by our Technical team to go through the different Policies and explain them to your administration members.

  6. The technical team will provide you with regular support in the form of reports based on the feedback offered by the employee(s) present in your offices.

B- The client Service Team:
The client service team has a very important task: to provide you with round-the hour support, both on and off the field of work:

  1. Employees paid and equipped by Insurance House will be present at your Company’s head office and, if necessary, other locations to handle all the daily Insurance activity. This will free any employee you may have reserved for the follow-up of your daily insurance activity.

  2. You will benefit from 24-hours support, meaning that any problem shall be solved by the client service team, by phone or even in person, any time during the day or the night.

You will benefit from lightning-quick service, meaning that any claim or reimbursement shall be settled in a time speed that would guarantee the continuity needed in business.

C- The Risk Management team:
Risk Management has become part of the majority of the world’s major companies’ annual plans to reduce costs and control risks by supervising the Gravity and Frequency of claims.

  1. Our risk managers will provide you with quarterly reports summarizing the status of your Policies, claims, settlements and all the risk details which may be of help for us to earn further reductions when renewal is due.

  2. You will receive financial and procedural advices throughout the Policy year to prevent the risk from expanding, minimize the gravity of your claims, reduce the frequency of claims and avoid abuse or misuse of your Policies.

D- The Legal support:
In addition to the aforesaid services, you will benefit from legal support, meaning that we will appoint a lawyer, at our expense, to resolve any legal conflict that may arise between your Company and the Insurance Company.
